1. Data we collect

When you fill in the sales contact form, we collect:

• Name, company, country, city, email and WhatsApp/phone;
• Business type and the message you write;
• Technical submission data: language, page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM), plus the date and time you accepted this policy.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and present products, catalog and commercial terms;
• To evaluate distribution, import and partnership opportunities;
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring inquiries, so we can improve our communication.

The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I) and preliminary steps toward a potential contract (art. 7, V).

3. Who we share it with

Form data is recorded in a Google spreadsheet (Google LLC) used only by our sales team. After submitting, you are taken to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), where the conversation follows that service’s policies.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while there is a commercial relationship or legitimate interest in the contact, and delete it upon request, unless the law requires us to retain it.

5. Your rights

You may request at any time:

• Confirmation of and access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Deletion of your data and withdrawal of consent;
• Information about who your data has been shared with.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand page usage and campaign performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
